Staff with Easter egg cheesecakes

WPT Easter Staff Wellbeing Event

The Don Valley Festival

Careers Adviser Achieves Level 6 Diploma

Congratulations to our Careers Adviser, Beverley Jones, for achieving her Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance & Development! WPT Y10 Careers Fair

On Friday 8th March, we held another Careers Fair at our Cranworth Road site. It was Y10’s time to come down and gain insight into the Post-16 and career opportunities available to them, both locally and nationally. Students from Wickersley School & Sports College, Thrybergh Academy, Rawmarsh Community School and Clifton Community School came along to network with colleges, universities, the armed forces, public sector organisations and private sector companies.

NFL Flag Football Training Day

On Wednesday 21st February, the Rotherham School Games team hosted the first ever NFL Flag Football Training Day with the help of NFL UK at the Cranworth Campus. The day saw 14 members of staff come down and learn all the elements of Flag Football, allowing them to then pass on their knowledge and skills learnt within their primary schools. Skipping School Festival 2024

On Friday 9th February Rotherham School Games teamed up with Skipping School to deliver two Skipping Festivals. 17 Primary schools from across Rotherham attended the event split over a morning and afternoon session, including 3 of our Trust schools.
