All WPT policies have passed through a very thorough, systematic and rigorous process that includes the detailed consideration and feedback from a number of different stakeholders at various stages of the process.

Each policy has been carefully considered by the Trust Central Team, a senior representative from the Trust’s HR provider (Services4Schools), and Headteachers. Where appropriate, the Trust’s Employment Law specialist at Irwin Mitchell (Solicitors) has checked the legal implications contained within each policy.
