On Tuesday evening, staff from across our Trust took part in one of our most popular wellbeing events: wreath-making!
Over 238 colleagues from our 13 schools and Central Team took part, enjoying the chance to relax, connect and get creative. Everyone was provided with a wire ring, moss, greenery and a selection of festive embellishments to design their own unique wreath.
A special thank you to Guilthwaite Nurseries for supplying the moss and greenery and delivering to our Rotherham schools.
Events like these are at the heart of our WPT Wellbeing Charter, which highlights our commitment to supporting staff, building positive connections and creating opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment at the end of a busy working day. These activities are a chance for our colleagues to unwind, celebrate their creativity and recharge – something we know is essential for both personal and professional wellbeing.
All of our staff had a fabulously festive time and their beautiful wreaths are sure to bring Christmas cheer into homes and classrooms across our Trust.
Thank you to everyone who took part and to those who helped organise such a fantastic event.
