On Wednesday 8th May, the Rotherham School Games team ran two Y3/4 Dynamos Open Cricket tournaments at Whiston Parish Church Cricket Club. The event saw thirteen schools and over 120 children including Brinsworth Whitehill and Aston Hall competing and playing Cricket across two sessions.
The event was a huge success, a lot of that was thanks to Doug and his team at WPCCC. We would also like to say a big thank you to the club volunteers for opening their doors to us, as well as helping with umpiring/scoring the matches. We are very much looking forward to returning! Congratulations to Listerdale and St Alban’s who will go on to represent Rotherham at the Yorkshire finals.
