Just before the end of Spring Term, as part of our weekly Wellbeing Wednesday initiative, staff from across Wickersley Partnership Trust were invited to make their own Easter Egg Cheesecake!
Over 180 colleagues from our 13 schools and central team were given the tools and ingredients to fill half an Easter egg with cheesecake and decorate how they wished.
All the staff who took part had an egg-cellent time and enjoyed the results too.
A special thank you to Tesco Extra Rotherham for the donation of eggs towards the event. A huge thank you also goes out to Mr Clarke for sourcing all the ingredients, equipment, creating the instructions and helping with the final results!
