As part of our ongoing Staff Wellbeing initiative, staff across our Trust enjoyed a special pumpkin carving activity last night. The event provided a creative and engaging opportunity for colleagues to take a break from their daily routines, unwind and connect with their school teams in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
We recognise that our staff are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why supporting their wellbeing is a priority and initiatives like yesterday’s pumpkin carving help strengthen relationships within school teams, create positive workplace culture and encourage colleagues to step back for a little while to do something fun.
123 staff members took part, showcasing their creativity, and I’m sure you can all agree there are some fantastic pumpkin designs on show here!
Now in its third year, our wellbeing programme continues to provide a wide range of activities, resources and support tailored to the needs of staff in each school. Investing in staff wellbeing is one of the ways we’re building a sustainable and positive working environment, where our colleagues feel valued and motivated to deliver their very best for the children and communities we serve.
We’re looking forward to continuing to develop initiatives that celebrate, support and invest in the wellbeing of our incredible teams.
Well done to everyone who took part, and thank you to those who organised another successful event.
