We are delighted to announce that Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT) has been shortlisted in two categories in the MAT Excellence Awards.
We have been shortlisted for the Staff Development Award for the opportunities that we provide for our colleagues ‘to work across different settings, phases and central roles’. Our development of leadership potential and the support of Trust-wide collaboration was especially mentioned, alongside our robust workforce development approach which aims to develop and nurture all colleagues across the Trust – no matter their position or career stage.
The second is in the Wellbeing Trust of the Year category, for our whole-Trust approach to mental health and wellbeing. Through our policies, practices and partnerships, we ensure ‘that staff, students and families have access to a range of support and guidance when they need it the most’.
