Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access my child's photos online?

Your child will bring home a printed card on photo day containing a unique code (e.g., TA-123456). You will be sent home a link via Bromcom or Dojo, follow this link and enter your child’s code, along with your child’s surname and date of birth to view their proofs.

Can I access photos for siblings from both TA and Foljambe?

Yes! Our automated system allows you to link multiple student codes under one parent account so you can purchase sibling digital bundles seamlessly.

What happens if I lose my child's unique access code?

Don’t worry. Simply contact your school’s administrative office. Once identity verification is completed, they will resend your unique code via Bromcom or ClassDojo.

Can I use AI systems to remove watermarks?

No. All watermarked images remain the property of Wickersley Partnership Trust until legally purchased. Using AI software or editing tools to alter or remove watermarks is strictly prohibited under our service terms. We have brought this service in-house to provide a lower cost to parents.

When are school photo days?

Thrybergh Academy: Friday 6th November

Foljambe Primary School: Wednesday 11th November

What is the last day for ordering my photos?

The last day for ordering digital or physical photos is Friday 4th December 2026.

When will my digital photo be ready to download?

We will alert parents when photos are live on the system and available to purchase. This should be no more than a few working days after photo day. Digital photos will be available to download immediately after purchase.

I've ordered a 5x7 print. When will this be ready?

All physical 5×7 photo prints will be available to collect from school receptions no later than Wednesday 9th December 2026.

Are other sized physical prints available?

Unfortunately not. Please purchase the digital download and use a third party photo printing service should you require different sizes.

Tell me more about the physical 5x7 photo prints

We use genuine professional DNP photo paper and inks, with each 5×7 print finished to a glossy sheen.

Our photos are placed in branded Wickersley Partnership Trust black strut photo mounts, with silver detail and logo.

Each frame is placed in a self-sealing celophane bag to keep it safe from the elements (and water bottles!).

Photos will be dropped off at school reception and a text will go home to let you know when they are ready to collect.
