Wickersley Partnership Trust cordially invites you to attend the WPT is 10 Showcase event on 12th November 2024, to celebrate 10 years since the Trust was formed.
About the event
We’re extremely excited to announce that we’re hosting a celebration event for our 10th birthday – and you’re invited!
10 years ago, Wickersley School and Sports College academised and Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT) was formed… Since then, we’ve undergone incredible growth and now have 5 secondary schools, 8 primary schools, 1 sixth form and 5 alternative provisions under our umbrella.
To celebrate everything that our students, staff and Trust community have achieved, we’re putting on a spectacular display of our students’ work, performances and efforts – ‘WPT is 10 Showcase’.
Acts on the day will include musicians, singers, choirs, dance, and previews of our upcoming and ever-popular pantomimes, all chosen from our 13 schools. Over 300 students from across the Trust are taking part in the variety showcase, and casts may alter between showings.
- Tuesday 12th November - 3 showings
- Morning - Doors 11am, main show starts at 12pm
- Afternoon - Doors 2.30pm, main show starts at 3.30pm
- Evening - Doors 6pm, main show starts at 7pm
- Magna Science Adventure Centre, Rotherham

- Parents/carers, families, students and the wider Trust community are all welcome!
Young Musicians will play as guests enter Magna. An art gallery leads guests to the main hall, where School Report, a history of WPT, WPT Alumni, English and other showcases will be viewable, before the main show starts. Refreshments will be available and raffle tickets / event programmes will be on sale.

Raffle Prizes
Raffle tickets will be available on the day and we have some fantastic prizes on offer…
Raffle tickets cost £5 (cash or card on the day) and all proceeds will be used to help fund the WPT is 10 Showcase event. Prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening showing and winners contacted within 5 working days.
