Finance Assistant x2

Wickersley Partnership Trust

Hours: 20 hours per week, term time only, permanent

Salary: Band C £18,426 pa (£8,619 pro rata)

To commence as soon as possible, we are looking to appoint 2 Finance Assistants to work within the Trust’s Central Finance team. You will provide effective and organised support to the Trust and its 11 schools to ensure the smith running of financial administration throughout the Trust.

The main duties involve:

  • Processing orders and invoices following Trust financial procedures
  • Setting up and liaising with suppliers
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager
  • Assist in the processing of all income and expenditure for the Trust.

Our ideal candidates will have high attention to details, good organisational skills and be proactive. Knowledge of education financial systems e.g. Access would be an advantage, however full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
