Salary: L10 – L14 (51,311 – £56,579 per annum)

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an inspiring and outstanding practitioner to join our Trust. You will be wholly responsible for the quality of teaching of secondary Science across the Trust, the progress students make and their overall attainment at GCSE and A level. The role will be predominantly based in one of our secondary schools, leading the science team. A reduced teaching load will provide release time to support the development of Science across the Trust.

You will be a highly effective leader who can lead by example and implement outstanding teaching and learning across our family of schools, including the primary phase. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of effective strategies for raising attainment and achieving excellence.
