About the role
Wickersley School & Sports College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Geography.
You will be able to work across the year groups and share our commitment to raising standards, expectations and instilling a passion for learning for all.
- To teach engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve pupil attainment,modelling outstanding practice.
- To ensure high standards of teaching and learning in order to continue the drive to raisestandards of attainment and ensure all students make excellent progress.
- To ensure high standards of student behaviour, in line with the school policy and procedures.
The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner and will possess an enthusiasm forteaching and learning. A degree or equivalent qualification would be preferable.
You should bewilling to be fully involved in the work of the department and the life of the School.
