About the role
We are looking to appoint a Non-Teaching Assistant Head of Year to work within our Pastoral Team under the direction of the Head of Year to manage the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of students within a designated group of students.
Working closely with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning progress, the post holder will support the development of high standards in all aspects of student behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to a wide range of learners.
You must be a positive and passionate individual with a commitment to delivering outstanding support to young people.
