About the role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, energetic, dynamic and ambitious Head of Department for Business and Economics to support the Senior Leadership Team at Wickersley School and Sports College in raising standards through the development of teaching and learning within the Business and Economics Department, and share our commitment to raising standards, expectations and instilling a passion for learning for all.
Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role and make a significant difference. You will bring ideas, energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to securing strong progress and raising achievement of all students.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Economics and familiarity with GCSE and A Level courses in Business and Economics.
