Education Welfare Officer

About the role

As Education Welfare Officer you will support the academy to fulfil its statutory duties in relation to attendance, working with families and external agencies to reduce persistent absence and improve inclusion and behaviour.

You should have experience of working with children and families, be able work independently and have the ability to deal with sensitive issues.

Experience of using school systems such as Bromcom are desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
