About the role

We are looking to appoint an inspiring Senior Leader with a proven track record of success to join our team at Wickersley School and Sports College. You will assist the Headteacher in the efficient management of the school by providing professional leadership and management to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable leadership and management experience and commitment to driving excellence in teaching and learning. You should have a strong commitment to inclusion, with high expectations for all learners, and proven ability to engage with stakeholders to improve the quality of provision throughout the school.
