About the role
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in an educational setting – or similar – to support our Timetable Officer in a fast-paced working environment with day to day administrative timetabling duties.
You will be required to ensure the production, implementation and maintenance of the whole Trust timetable using Bromcom software.
The successful individual will have excellent organisational skills and a high level of ICT expertise. There is a requirement to be able to work as part of a team to ensure the wider administrative tasks within the Trust are achieved.
Responsibilities will include processing student enquiries, student allocation to classes, identifying and resolving student clashes and maintaining the timetable database to ensure students have accurate online timetables.
