About the role

Supporting the Premises and Compliance Senior Manager, you will contribute to the collaboration of day to day maintenance and safety across all sites within the Trust, including three PFI sites.

This is a great opportunity to not only be a part of how improvements can be made, but also to be part of delivering a loyal service to our employees, children and community, ensuring our sites are safe, which feeds into our strategic vision.

The role involves coordinating site staff and sharing knowledge with regards to effective maintenance and processes, logistics and risk assessments. Together with the team, you will also assist in budget management, ordering materials whilst monitoring spending, and identifying training needs, contributing to the development of the premises improvement plan.

As a potential candidate you will:

  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, influence and negotiate
  • Have experience in managing others and mitigating potential risks
  • Be positive and passionate about working for the benefit of children and young people
