About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technician to join our IT Team. You will be providing support across a variety of devices to staff and students in schools. This will include the installation, testing and repair of IT related equipment and software, maintaining the security of all systems and supporting IT policies.

Applicants must have recent experience and knowledge of standard operating platforms and the ability to independently recommend, configure and resolve faults on a range of IT equipment.

The role involves regular visits to schools for support and maintenance that cannot be completed remotely.
