About the role

A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join our Trust, working within the Central HR Team. The successful candidate will support the Senior HR Manager in the delivery of a compliant and professional HR business service across the Trust.

Our ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR professional with strong knowledge and experience of the full HR remit. A key strength in managing the recruitment cycle will also be advantageous to ensure our resourcing needs are met. You will support in leading the HR Team by providing responsive advice and support to all schools within the Trust. You should be passionate about developing people and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
