About the role
We are looking for 2 ambitious HR Assistants with excellent IT skills to join our growing Central HR Team. You will support with the delivery of a high quality HR service to our schools across the Trust.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role provides a great opportunity to build your foundation HR Generalist skills. The role will involve the accurate processing of data and employee changes, supporting with recruitment and absence management and providing first level advice on HR enquiries in line with Trust policies and procedures. There will also be the opportunity to focus on specific areas of HR such as Health & Wellbeing.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Google packages and the ability to work with discretion, sensitivity and tact. Experience of working in the HR field is desirable, however we are keen to support applicants at the start of their HR career path and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
To develop expertise in HR, the successful candidate may also be offered the opportunity to complete the CIPD Level 3 qualification which will be funded by the Trust.
Experience of working in the educational sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
