About the role
We are looking for an ambitious HR Assistant with excellent IT skills to join our growing Central HR Team. You will support in the delivery of a high quality HR service to our schools across the Trust.
The role will involve the accurate processing of data and employee changes, supporting with recruitment and absence management and providing first level advice on HR enquiries in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Google packages and the ability to work with discretion, sensitivity and tact. Experience of working in the HR field is desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
To develop expertise in HR, the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to complete the CIPD Level 3 qualification which will be funded by the Trust.
