About the role

To prepare and circulate agendas, take minutes, handle correspondence, deal with sensitive and confidential issues and co-ordinate appeal panels and hearings. The Clerk to the Governors is responsible for providing advice to the Local Governing Body on constitution, governance and procedural matters; effective administrative support; and managing information effectively in accordance with legal requirements.

You will work closely with Chairs of Governors and senior members of the Leadership Team in the Trust to agree priorities and objectives and how they can be best achieved. Day time and evening work is required in attending Local Governing Body Meetings throughout the Trust.
