About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual with attention to detail and excellent communication skills who can play a key role across the department to assist in the maintenance of the Trust’s fixed asset management procedures.
Responsibilites may include, to support with the day to day operation of the asset management systems, acting as first point of contact over the telephone and via email, communicating effectively with colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders providing general advice and guidance ensuring all queries are dealt with appropriately, to support schools to maintain up-to-date records of company assets and follow the Trust procedures and assist the Risk Manager in preparing management information reports.
