About the role
We are looking for two innovative, ambitious and suitably qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants who will coordinate the school’s newly formed SEMH provision. Working with the Deputy Headteacher and SENCo, you will be responsible for liaising with Subject Leaders to devise and deliver a curriculum suitable for students with SEMH needs.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to delivering a high quality education in a setting designed to meet the needs of those students within it. You will be able to form excellent relationships with students in order to motivate and challenge them to achieve their potential. As SEMH experts, you will be able to support and guide other staff, in conjunction with the SENCo, on how best to develop the expertise of staff in relation to SEMH.
