About the role
We are seeking applications from highly motivated candidates to work as a Learning Mentor within Thrybergh Academy to plan and deliver curriculum based and therapeutic interventions to small groups of KS3 and KS4 students as part of the school’s graduated response.
You will be part of a small team working in our Spectrum Provision. Your role will be to ensure students are accessing their core education through targeted support and provision. You should have some experience of working with students with SEND.
The Spectrum Provision is a newly opening provision designed for students who are unable to currently access mainstream provision in school. The aim is to work intensively with students so that they become ‘mainstream ready’ at which point they will be gradually transitioned back into the school.
