About the role

There are two vacancies – one at Clifton Community School and one at Rawmarsh Community School.

We are looking for and organised, individual with attention to detail and excellent communication skills who can play a key role within Clifton Community School or Rawmarsh Community School.

Your main responsibility will be to assist with all aspects of monitoring attendance, focussing on the school target of reducing unauthorised absence of students within the school. The role will involve establishing good working relationships and having regular contact with families/carers, Early Help and other agencies, instigating and/or auctioning intervention strategies as directed.

Applications are particularly welcome from those who have a background of working successfully with young people. You should possess a good standard of secondary education (GCSE in English/Maths or equivalent) and have NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

Knowledge of Bromcom is desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
