About the role

We are recruiting an Administrator to provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative support to our team at Rawmarsh Community School. You will support with the day to day operations of the team, including the following:

  • Inputting and updating records
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Using ICT packages to process documents
  • Tracking and monitoring of suspensions
  • Parental correspondence regarding behaviour
  • Keeping behaviour and attendance logs up to date
  • Maintaining the daily detention logs
  • Organising pastoral support plan meetings

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You should have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (e.g. 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 or above). Experience of working in an education or similar setting would be an advantage, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
