About the role

We are looking to appoint Non-Teaching Assistant Heads of Year to work within our Pastoral Teams at Wickersley School & Sports College and Rawmarsh Community School, managing the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement within designated groups of pupils.

You will work closely with pupils, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning progress, and support the development of high standards in all aspects of student behaviour, attitude and learning culture.
