About the role
We are recruiting an Administrative Officer to provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative and technical support to Foljambe Primary School.
The role covers a broad range of work which encompasses a variety of reception and administrative tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and phone calls to the school, therefore we require someone who has a friendly, professional, calm and courteous manner with a pleasant and helpful attitude.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to working in an environment which has the progress, safety and wellbeing of pupils at its core is essential.
You must be able to work independently and work well as a team with all other members of staff under the direction of the Headteacher.
Experience of using Bromcom would be an advantage, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
