comprises of 8 primary schools and 5 secondary schools (including 1 sixth form) across
Rotherham and neighbouring counties. About the role

As Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing day to day professional management and leadership of financial services for the Trust and working collaboratively with the Senior Finance Manager. Your key roles and responsibilities will include

  • Budget setting, monitoring and financial planning
  • Attending budget meetings with Head Teachers
  • Preparation of the Trust’s monthly and year end accounts
  • Supporting the strategic planning process
  • Ensuring financial practices are fit for purpose and adhere to audit requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong financial experience, ideally in a Multi-Academy Trust or other education setting. You will need to have enthusiasm, adaptability and the ability to motivate others.
