About the role
Clifton Community School seeks applications from highly motivated candidates who possess excellent knowledge and understanding of their subject. You will work at Clifton Community School in Rotherham and benefit from the opportunities offered by a large and successful family of schools. - To teach engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment, modelling outstanding practice
- To ensure high standards of teaching and learning in order to continue the drive to raise standards of attainment and ensure all students make excellent progress
- To ensure high standards of student behaviour, in line with the school policy and procedures
You will be given full support in your career development as we believe that development of staff is a key aspect in raising standards for our students. We will be scoring the application and interview process based on skills required for the role as well as behaviour competencies.
