About the role
Are you an outstanding classroom practitioner interested in a new and exciting challenge to progress your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and committed Assistant Headteacher to join our Leadership Team at Aston Hall Junior & Infant School. Applications are welcome from those with a proven track record in leadership.
You will inspire and work with all staff to continue to raise standards, lead and contribute to the school ethos and develop strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a good understanding of what is required to support the most vulnerable children in our school and have high expectations of themselves and others. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the principles behind school improvement planning, monitoring and reviewing progress.
