TOGETHER WE WILL:

PRIORITIES ARE IDENTIFIED IN RELATION TO THE EXTENT TO WHICH THEY:

  • maintain and raise standards of achievement
  • improve the quality of education (intent, curriculum, planning, outcomes, staff development)
  • broaden and enrich children’s educational experience
  • provide for children’s social development and self-esteem
  • improve facilities offered to pupils and staff
  • improve facilities for families
  • provide outstanding value for money.

WE HAVE CONSIDERED PRIORITIES FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR AHEAD IN THE LIGHT OF:

  • outcomes from monitoring and evaluations including external reviews
  • consultations during summer term evaluations
  • the financial position
  • national statutory changes – changes to assessment
  • existing pupil cohorts
